In addition to individual parent support, we offer psycho-educational workshops as a way to empower parents using scientific knowledge conveyed in an understandable manner. These workshops are brief, easy, and a great opportunity to learn about a topic related to mental health, such as anxiety, depression, parenting styles, attachment styles, and strategies from various therapeutic approaches (e.g., Cognitive-Behavioral and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy). Parents can then use the information gained to help improve the dynamics of their own parenting and the quality of their parent-child relationships.
